I think this is an issue that may have been lost in the hype of the new TNA title ranking system. How will they build matches for their pay-per-views? Say they were building Jeff Hardy vs Mr. Anderson for the next pay-per-view, but then at the end of the voting period one of those guys ends up being voted into the title match. If they actually go by fan voting for title matches they then have to move one guy in that angle to the title match.

I don't want to see a bunch of last minute pay-per-view matches. I also don't want to see a bunch of triple threat matches for the title. It probably won't have a big effect on guys not in the title picture, but the fan voting system could really mess up angles and pay-per-view matches for people in the main event picture.

The fan voting system seems like a good idea, but so far has failed. Desmond Wolfe came out on top of the first poll and wrestled RVD at the last minute on Impact. Wolfe winning the polls wasn't hyped up and there was no build to his title match. Despite this lackluster beginning to the poll system, I think it could help. If I recall, the poll is supposed to be revealed the first Impact after a pay-per-view, which could help create new feuds. However, I don't know what will happen if someone wins the polls, but TNA has world title plans with a certain guy for more than one month.

In my opinion, the TNA ranking system should be scrapped.

I am not a fan of the voting system, so I didn't vote. I am a little old school when it comes to booking. Wrestling is an art, and it is up to the artist to put on and book the show. Fan voting to me is like fans voting for which scenes should be in a movie.

It was interesting though that Wolfe got the vote. He came from ROH and beat other guys that came from WWE.

I did read the thing about the voting on the TNA website, and the winner was supposed to be announced after the pay-per-view. With that in mind you could still build matches for the following pay-per-view, but it could still interupt a fued between two guys if one has to get taken out for a title match...At the same time it could add to that fued if the other guy the other the title at the pay-per-view match...

I don't like the voting system, even though I did vote, twice. Desmond Wolfe was just thrown into the title match this last Monday on Impact, with no build up or anything. I know the guy has beaten guys like Kurt Angle, and gone the limit with other established stars in TNA. But just throwing him into a title match because of a voting thing doesn't make a lot of sense, in my opinion. The voting thing should be done maybe within the first week AFTER every pay per view. That way, it would build up a semi decent feud over the next 3-4 weeks before the next pay per view. By the way, I voted twice in the last two weeks, and both time I voted for Mr. Anderson. I think he's deserving of a title shot, but that's my opinion.

I dont like the voting system because no matter what there gonna be fixxed no matter what.
